In today's post, I want to actually show you how you can get a six pack in 3 minutes...ok, with 3 minute workouts. You don't have to be on the mat for 20 mins crunching your life away, or rolling on a Bosu ball until you look ridiculous. When you do ab training right, you can get a great, muscle building workout in just a few minutes. The key is to use a few principals. 1. Train all the modalities of the abs. 2. Train with short rests You can do circuit training or interval training. These are the best bangs for your buck in a short period of time. My best abs workout has some of the best workouts you can do for your abs, but here's a quick 3 minute routine you can do. Do each exercise for 30s and rest for 30s. Repeat each exercise twice. 1. Reverse Crunch 2. Side bends 3. V Ups If you're a little more advanced... 1. Hanging knee raise 2. Side bends w/ weight 3.
