3 Fat Burning Mistakes You're Making. Click here to avoid them!
In order to get ripped abs, you have to have strong abs. Sadly, most of the
exercises people do for their abs actually don’t work their abs effectively.
There are two exercise elements you need for great abs.
1. Effective Workouts
2. Dynamic Training
Effective workouts are workouts that stimulate all the muscle fibers in the
correct manner – not just give you a “burn”. Doing this will stimulate
muscle growth and actually build your abdominal muscles.
Dynamic training is training that hits all the modalities of your abdominal
muscles. Most people only concentrate on the upper and lower abs, but your
midsection is made of three main muscle groups:
-Rectus abdominus – upper and lower abs
-Transverse abdominus – what you use to laugh with
-External and Internal Obliques – good for twisting
When you combine these two into an program, you get a good ripped abs workout.
Here’s an example you can use today. It takes just four minutes.
Do each exercise for 20 seconds, and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat the circuit twice.
1. Hanging Knee Raises
2. Cable Twists
3. Cable Pull Down Crunch
4. Russian Twists
Throw this routine in the next time you’re in the gym. I’m sure you’ll feel
a difference right away – more than your normal ab routine.
